Turn right at the T-intersection and park in Parking Lot P4. Use Entrance E/F to access Building F and the Senecentre.

Conference Registration

School Delegates:

2-1/2 day full delegate pass with delegate kit, access to education sessions & showcases, keynote speaker, trade show (Biz Hall), networking opportunities, and 3 conference meals. Meals included are: lunch on Friday and Saturday, as well as dinner on Saturday. Associate Delegates (artists & companies):
The first delegate receives a 2-1/2 day full delegate pass with delegate kit, access to education sessions & showcases, an 8x8 booth in trade show (Biz Hall), networking opportunities, and lunch on Saturday. Additional Associate delegates receive a 2-1/2 day full delegate pass with delegate kit, access to education sessions & showcases, access to trade show (Biz Hall), networking opportunities, and lunch on Saturday. Other conference meals are optional for Associate delegates but can be ordered on the Associates - Conference Registration Form posted below.

Showcase Submissions:

All acts must submit their showcase application using the on-line showcase application form. For agencies who wish to submit multiple showcase applications, the on-line form allows for up to 10 acts to be submitted in one transaction. A new form can be opened as often as you wish to submit additional acts. The application fee is $25 per act plus 13% HST tax. Payment must be made by credit card to complete each transaction. Credit cards accepted are: Amex, Discovery, MasterCard, and Visa.
